Bakalářská práce

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na užitné vlastnosti vybraných osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků v rámci zdravotnické záchranné služby. Těmito prostředky byly zvoleny ochranné oděvy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány vlastnosti a funkčnost vybraných osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků v kontextu uživatelského rozhraní, pracovní podmínky v rámci zdravotnické záchranné služby a doporučené postupy pro používání vybraných osobních ochranných prostředků, dle literární rešerše. Dále je zde popsáno rozdělení osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků, dekontaminace a vysoce nebezpečné nemoci. Ve výzkumné části jsou tyto užitné vlastnosti a doporučené postupy porovnávány a doplňovány na základě odpovědí zdravotnických záchranářů. Dále jsou zjišťovány kritické body doporučených postupů a vliv osobních ochranných prostředků na pracovní výkonnost zdravotnických záchranářů. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.This bachelor thesis is focused on practical properties of specific personal protective equipment in the enviroment of emergency medical services. Chosen article of personal protective equipment in this thesis are protective garments. This thesis is split into a theroetical and practical parts. Theoretical part focuses on properties and functionality of personal protective equipment in context of personal use, specific work enviroment of emergency medical services and suggested use guidelines of specific personal protective equipment, put together by literary research. There are also mentioned classification of personal protective equipment, decontamination and highly contagious diseases. In the practical part of this thesis we compare and update the suggested use guidelines by accounts of emergency medical services personel. We also focus on finding out the critical steps of suggested use guidelines and the influence of personal protective equipment on the performance of emergency medical personel. Output of this thesis will be an article ready to publish in a scientific journal.

Detached family house with premise

Bakalářská práce Detached family house with premise, je zaměřena na řešení dvojpodlažního rodinného domu 4+1 s nevýrobní provozovnou (kanceláří) pro zajištění podnikatelských aktivit potenciálního vlastníka. V práci je řešena zděná stavba s pultovou střechou, založená na základových pasech. Celá stavba je navržena ze systémových prvků Ytong v nízkoenergetickém standardu, v souladu s ČSN 73 0540 – 2. Objekt je situován na parcely 73/24 a 73/25 v obci Biskoupky, katastrální území Biskoupky, Jihomoravský kraj. Obsahem bakalářské práce je technická dokumentace pro provádění stavby, podle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb, konkrétně podle příloh č. 1 a 2.Bachelor’s thesis Detached family house with premise is aimed for the solution of the two storey family house 4+1 with the premise (office) for the ensuring of the business activities of the potential owner. In the thesis is solved masonry building with the mono-pitched roof, founded on the foundation strips. He whole building is designed from the system members Ytong in low-energy standard in accordance with the ČSN 73 0540 – 2. Object is situated on the parcels 73/24 and 73/25 in the village Biskoupky, cadastral area Biskoupky, South Moravian district. Content of the bachelor’s thesis is technical documentation for the building realization according to the public notice no. 499/2006 Coll., about building documentation, especially according to the appendixes no. 1 and 2.

Suggestion of technology for roller body

Bakalářská práce se zabývá technologií výroby tělesa válečku ve firmě Kovo Šmerda. První část práce je zaměřena na rozbor technologičnosti. Druhá část práce, praktická, objasňuje technologii výroby tělesa válečku do důlních vozíků. V praktické části je uveden technologický postup výroby, výrobní návodky. Je zde také uvedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení a CNC program.The bachelor thesis deals with the technology of manufacturing roller body in Kovo Šmerda company. The first part is focused on the analysis of technology. The second part is practical, explains the technology of manufacturing for roller body, used in mine carts. The practical part contains the technological process of manufacturing, manufacturing instruction cards. It also shows the techno-economic evaluation and CNC program.

Railway bridge over a local brook

Předmětem práce bylo navrhnout přemostění místní vodoteče pro převedení jednokolejné železniční trati. Z možných variant se zabývá konstrukcí předpjatého trámového mostu o jednom poli s dolní mostovkou. Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout a posoudit nosnou konstrukci na základě mezních stavů únosnosti a mezních stavů použitelnosti dle platných norem EN.The purpose of this work was to design a bridge local stream to convert single-track railway line. The possible variation deals with the construction of prestressed girder bridge on one field with the lower deck. The aim of this work was to design and evaluate the structure on the basis of ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states according to applicable EN standards.

Stress and deformation analysis of railway bridge over the Morava River

Bakalářská práce obsahuje napjatostní a deformační analýzu prvních dvou částí železničního mostu v Olomouci s posouzením změny napjatosti a deformace při změně statického uložení. Nejprve je uveden teoretický základ prutových soustav na což navazuje výpočet normálových sil a napětí v prutech pro obě části zvlášť. Při výpočtech je uvažováno zatížení vlastní tíhou a tíhou vlaku, která je reprezentován břemenem ve styčnících. Následně je provedeno spojení těchto dvou částí. Pro tuto spojenou prutovou soustavu je také sestrojena napjatostně-deformační analýza. V závěru práce je pro porovnání proveden výpočet metodou konečných prvků v programu ANSYS Classic.This Bachelor Thesis contains stress and strain analysis of the first two parts of the railway bridge in Olomouc with an assessment of changes in the stress and strain when changing the static storage. Firstly, the theoretical basis of rod systems is presented, it is followed by the calculation of normal forces and the stress in rods for both parts separately. The calculations include the load arising from its own weight and from the weight of a train, which is represented by the load at the framework joints. Next, these two parts are connected. For this rod system a stress-strain analysis is also used. In conclusion, stress and strain is calculated for comparison by the finite element method in the program ANSYS Classic.

Design and Production of External Aquarium Filter Prototype

Tato práce popisuje návrh a postup výroby prototypu externího akvarijního filtru za použití aditivní metody Fused Deposit Modeling. Model filtru byl navržen v 3D parametrického softwaru SolidWorks a vytisknut pomocí profesionální 3D-tiskárny uPrint. V této práci je popsáno řešení problému s vodotěsností tištěných součástí a volba vhodné vůle pro tisk závitů větších průměrů (cca 90 mm).This Thesis is about the design and production of an external aquarium filter prototype. My prototype uses the method of the method Fused deposit modeling. The filter model was designed in a 3D parametric software Solidworks and printed by 3D-Printer uPrint. The thesis describes how the issue of waterproofing printed parts is solved, and also how the appropriate thread (diametr 90 mm) is chosen for printing.

Continuous Measurement of Fan Vibration for Cupola and Recuperator

Import 05/08/2014Tématem bakalářské práce je kontinuální měření vibrací ventilátorů pro kupolovou pec a rekuperátor. V úvodu práce se zabývám základním popisem technické diagnostiky a základními možnostmi vibrodiagnostiky, jako je rozdělení a popis snímačů, základní poruchy a jejich projevy na zařízení. Další kapitola se týká společnosti, ve které se měření uskutečnilo, krátký popis a nastínění výrobního procesu. Následuje příprava vibrodiagnostiky v podobě určení měřících míst, stanovení senzoru a stanovení měřicího přístroje. V dalším bodě bakalářské práce zpracovávám naměřená data, a vyhodnocuji frekvenční spektra vibrací. Závěrem práce zhodnocuji celkové měření.The theme of the thesis is the continuous measurement of fan vibration for cupola and recuperator. The introduction deals with the basic description of the essential technical and diagnostic capabilities Vibrodiagnostics such as classification and description of sensors, the base disorders and their effects on the device. The next chapter concerns the company in which the measurements took place, brief description and outline of the production process. The following preparation Vibrodiagnostics as determining measuring points, setting the sensor and setting the meter. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na měření kmitání obráběcích strojů. Popisuje základní druhy kmitání, které se vyskytují během obráběcího procesu. Blíže seznamuje s přístroji, jež slouží k získávání a analýze vibrací.This bachelor thesis is focused on measurement of vibrations in machnine tools. Milling of Thin-Walled Parts for Aircraft Industry

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpočátku materiály používanými v leteckém průmyslu, pak teoretickou analýzou a predikcí vychýlení stěny a nástroje při obrábění tenkostěnných součástí. Dále se zabývá popisem metody NC kompenzace chyb, která na základě modelování sil, nástroje a obrobku určí a poté minimalizuje tuto výchylku. Závěrečná část práce popisuje experiment s výsledky vychýlení pomocí různých výpočtových a měřicích technik.Bachelor thesis deals with materials used in the aircraft industry, then theoretical analysis and prediction of deflection of plate and tool when machining a thin-walled piece. Then it describes an NC error compensation method, which define and minimizes a part deflection with use of three dimensional cutting force model and modeling of part and tool. Final part is about practical experiment where different computational and measuring techniques where applied to determine a part deflection.

Design of small table saws

Cílem této bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh malé stolní kotoučové poloprofesionální pily. V první části této práce je popsána problematika stolních kotoučových pil. Druhá část práce je věnována průzkumu trhu s kotoučovými pilami a výběru vhodného konstrukčního řešení. Výsledkem této práce je 3D model vybraného návrhu pily spolu s výkresy a výpočty daných částí.The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a small semiprofessional table saw. The first part of the thesis describes the issues of table saws. The second part is devoted to research of the market and choosing a suitable construction solution. The result of this thesis is a 3D model of selected solution along with drawings and related calculations of the parts.
